Therapeutic Arts sessions are 55 minutes in length.
Sessions may include any of the following:
- Therapeutic & Explorative Arts - using image, sound and somatic movement/awareness to 1) understand your internal emotional and mental reality in relationship to yourself and your outer world, and 2) to view the impactful and influential events of your outer world through a new perspective.
- Relational Diagnostics - using my original Right Relationship Cards to assist in identifying dynamics present in your described relationships. We also use the cards to assist in charting opportunities to transform challenges.
- Creative Empowerment - Using my original Creative Cycle & Spiral Method for those intentionally pursuing goals, we turn your life into a living workshop and examine your mental, emotional and relationship dynamics as they arise in the creative process, mapping areas of flow and blockage and clearing the routes through successful creation (the way we do one thing is the way we do everything).
